1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Final sale items marked as non-returnable.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@brixoluxury.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team for instructions. In many cases, exchanges are processed like returns, and a new order will be placed for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@brixoluxury.com with details and photos of the issue. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Brixo Luxury.

6. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we will offer you store credit for the value of the item. The return policy still applies, and you must have the order number or gift receipt to process the return.
